  • Where are you located?

    We are located at 1001 Bishop Street Suite 111 in the heart of downtown Honolulu. Come work with the best personal trainers in Honolulu!

  • Do you offer group classes?

    We specialize in private and semi-private personal training. We can create a custom, private training group for you and your friends! (2-4 people).

  • What kind of training do you specialize in?

    Mean Training specializes in strength training, corrective exercise, pre and post natal training, and endurance event training. All training is crafted specifically for each individual.

  • How much do you charge?

    Private personal training costs $90/session. Semi-private personal training costs $70/session. All in person sessions are paid as you go. Online Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching cost $170/month per service. We do not lock you into any long term payment contracts.

  • What kind of experience do I need?

    We work with anyone who’s ready to take control of their life. Our clients cover a wide range from office workers to triathaletes. If you have recently undergone any sort of surgery or medical complication, we do ask for doctor’s written approval to ensure you are healthy enough for personal training.

  • What is your training studio like?

    We are proud to have a brand-new, private personal training studio. Our studio is available by appointment only to Mean Training clients. Every individual in the studio is working with a Mean Training coach at all times. We cap capacity in the studio to 4 people training at a time - ensuring a high quality, elevated private experience.

  • I'm not located on O'ahu. Can I still work with you?

    Absolutely! We work with clients on the neighbor islands and across the US through our Online Personal Training and Online Nutrition Coaching Services. Contact us and we can create a plan for how to best serve you.

  • Do I need to pay for all my sessions up front?

    No! Mean Training utilizes a “pay as you go” approach, meaning you pay for each session as they are completed. We do not lock you into any long-term payment contracts.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all in-person sessions. If a session is cancelled within the 24 hour window, the session will still be charged. For online subscriptions, you are free to cancel before the last day of the month. All online payments are processed on the first day of each month.
