We specialize in private and semi-private personal training. We can create a custom, private training group for you and your friends! (2-6 people). We have 1, women’s only strength training group that meets on Sundays at 9 am.

Each Mean Training coach specializes in different training modalities ranging from endurance, corrective exercise, powerlifting, pre and post natal, kettlebells and general fitness. Contact us and we can match you with the coach best suited for your training goals.

Our personal training pricing ranges from $60/session to $75/session depending on the service chosen. Online Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching cost $150/month.

We work with anyone who’s ready to take control of their life. Our clients cover a wide range from office workers to triathaletes. If you have recently undergone any sort of surgery or medical complication, we do ask for doctor’s written approval to ensure you are healthy enough for personal training.

We do not take insurance at this time.

Absolutely! We work with clients on the neighbor islands and across the US through our Online Personal Training and Online Nutrition Coaching Services. Contact us and we can create a plan for how to best serve you.

No! Mean Training utilizes a “pay as you go” approach, meaning you pay for each session as they are completed. We do not lock you into any long-term payment contracts or use a credit system.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all in-person sessions. If a session is cancelled within the 24 hour window, the session will still be charged. For online subscriptions, you are free to cancel before the last day of the month. All online payments are processed on the first day of each month.
