HOW IT WORKS
Your fitness journey starts with a scheduled consultation call to discuss your goals, location of choice and schedule. A Mean Training coach will craft a fitness program, tailored exclusively to your performance goals. All sessions will take place at a mutually agreed-upon location (home, beach, park, private gym etc.)
In-person training includes the following.
Performance Goal Setting
1 Custom Workout Per 60 minute Session
In-Depth Form and Movement Analysis
Performance Psychology
