Join our Mean Training Run Club.

We meet every week with our dedicated group in Honolulu and embark on running routes. Our Mean Training Running Coach will lead a dynamic warmup, focus for the day, applicable drills, and a short run. ALL levels are welcome - no prior experience required.

Oh yeah…and it’s FREE.

FAQ’s

Do I need to already be an active runner to participate?
NO! Our Run Club is for everyone. We will be starting with the basics and building our way up. Although we meet as a group, each individual will be encouraged to push themselves according to their own fitness level through a variety of ways (tempo, intensity etc).

I have prior injuries. Can I still join?
Fill out the form below and detail your injury history. We will chat about the extent and timeline of your injury.

What should I wear?
We recommend wearing breathable athletic wear that allows you to move freely and comfortably. Running shoes are required. Sun protection (SPF, hats/visors etc) are also strongly encouraged.

Would solely participating in the Run Club be sufficient training for me to get ready for a race?
Probably not. Although participating in our Run Club will help tremendously, running once a week will not provide sufficient training volume for an upcoming race. We recommend pairing an Online Training Program in addition to attending our weekly Run Club.

Where and when do you meet?
We meet every Sunday afternoon at 4:00 pm at Magic Island Beach Park. Specific meetup details will be texted out in advance.

How long will it be?
Times will fluctuate dependent on the length of the route, but most weeks will be around 60 minutes.

How much does it cost?
FREE! Yes. Really.

Do I need to bring anything?
WATER. No water will be provided.
